It also gave us an opportunity to achieve something even the most novice user can use. It's simply a matter of logging in, click edit, save, and the website is changed.
A good example of the kind of control clients generally want, is the ability to adjust the text on the home page, change images (eg. with the season), adjust an interest rate table, write news articles, along those lines.
